We provide a range of challenging and enjoyable classes that beginners and fitness enthusiasts alike can enjoy. All of our LES MILLS VIRTUAL classes are taught by a virtual LES MILLS instructor within our club. You can also access these classes remotely so you can jump in anytime, anywhere!
LES MILLS: BODYCOMBAT™ (60 minutes)

BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP is a total body workout with scientifically proven moves and great, pumping music.

LES MILLS: RPM™ (50 minutes)
RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race!

Gentle yoga is a 50-minute wellness class that combines exercise with relaxation. Featuring beginner postures and poses found in both traditional and modern yoga styles, this class is a great starting point for new yogis to improve flexibility and balance.
Intermediate yoga is a 50-minute wellness class that combines exercise with relaxation. Featuring more advanced poses and movement patterns found in both traditional and modern yoga styles, this class helps improve flexibility and promotes a stronger connection between mind and body.
Stretch is a 25-minute wellness class that helps relieve tightness and soreness in the muscles. Feel the tension melt away with a variety of upper and lower body stretches that will reduce muscle recovery time and improve overall flexibility.
Pilates is a 50-minute wellness class focused on core strength and flexibility. By incorporating postures focused on both balance and flexibility, this class emphasizes core strength while promoting general fitness and overall well-being.
Spine Align is a 25-minute wellness class that promotes better overall well-being. This class features a range of exercises that focus on strengthening muscles that support the spine and improve posture. Quick Ride is a 25-minute cycling class for more experienced riders looking to get a great workout in a short amount of time. A shortened version of our Let's Ride class, the primary focus is on endurance and lower-body strength.
Quick Climb is a 25-minute cycling class that mimics the experience of mountain biking. You'll benefit from HIIT elements in this short, high-energy class as you work on speed, endurance, and strength.
Pacers is a 50-minute cycling class that mimics long-distance biking. This cardio-intensive class will get your heart rate up and challenge endurance and speed. Using sets of work and rest, you'll burn calories and work up a sweat in no time.
