Cody played college tennis at the division II level at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, he acquired USPTA certification in 2014 to start his teaching career.
Cody is currently rated a 5.0 by the USTA and plays open tournaments and USTA adult leagues.
He enjoys working with all ages and abilities, especially with students that are excited to learn the great game of tennis!
Ali started playing tennis 3 years ago to assist and encourage her daughters with their lessons. She quickly found she enjoyed the game herself and took up lessons of her own. She has played the game ever since. Additionally Ali has participated as captain and co-captain of teams. She’ll be going to sectionals in August 2015!

HEAD TENNIS PRO
John has 30+ years of teaching experience. He played Division I Tennis at Montana State University, where he captained the team. He’s coached USTA teams to Sectional and National Championships as well as junior players to College Scholarships.
John is a USTA National Verifier and has received the USTA/PNW Tournament Director of the Year award.
Matt Grace is a former world ranked singles and doubles player – 3 time All Big Ten and team Captain of the University of Minnesota championship team.
He has coached NCAA Division I at the University of Illinois, boy’s high school tennis at Saint Paul Academy in Minnesota, and was a player/coach of professional team tennis for many years in Paris and Burgundy, France.
Originally a Bostonian, he moved from London, UK to Olympia in 2009 and brings his knowledge of the history and art of tennis play to help Steamboat players craft their true tennis talents.
